Position: Remote Customer Support Representative (Night Shift)
Location: Remote – Based in Jordan
Schedule: Monday through Saturday
Contract Type: Full-Time, One-Year Contract (renewable)
About the Role:
We are a U.S.-based company located in Texas, seeking a fluent English-speaking customer service representative to join our remote team. This is a night shift position focused on handling communications with American customers only via phone, email, and text.
No cold calling is required. All communication is inbound or follow-up related to existing or new customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from new and existing U.S. customers

Respond to emails and text messages in a professional and timely manner

Gather necessary information for scheduling services

Communicate and coordinate with the team lead through Slack

Handle customer questions, concerns, and feedback clearly and effectively

Ensure smooth coordination between customer needs and internal teams
Requirements:

Fluency in English is a must; American accent highly preferred

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in English

Strong familiarity with American culture, tone, and language

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Comfortable working a night shift (4:30 PM – 1:00 AM Amman time)
