Position: Remote Customer Support Representative (Night Shift)
Location: Remote – Based in Jordan

Schedule: Monday through Saturday

  • Monday to Friday: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Amman Time)

Contract Type: Full-Time, One-Year Contract (renewable) 


About the Role:

We are a U.S.-based company located in Texas, seeking a fluent English-speaking customer service representative to join our remote team. This is a night shift position focused on handling communications with American customers only via phone, email, and text.

No cold calling is required. All communication is inbound or follow-up related to existing or new customer inquiries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from new and existing U.S. customers

  • Respond to emails and text messages in a professional and timely manner

  • Gather necessary information for scheduling services

  • Communicate and coordinate with the team lead through Slack

  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and feedback clearly and effectively

  • Ensure smooth coordination between customer needs and internal teams


Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is a must; American accent highly preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in English

  • Strong familiarity with American culture, tone, and language

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

  • Comfortable working a night shift (4:30 PM – 1:00 AM Amman time)
