Principal Responsibilities and Duties
The Sales & Marketing Engineer role will be responsible for promoting Kinetics to Clients
- Attend technical clarification meetings
- Contribution in preparing the expected sales plan (an annual and monthly ) and ensuring that they are applied with the supervision of the sales manager .
- Contribution in preparing and planning the annual target client list.
- Coordination and planning of site visits and reporting to the sales manager
- Maximize market exploitation for Kinetics portfolios.
- Be aware of and responsive to market conditions and competitor activities. Communicate such information to sales management.
- Work closely in providing technical expertise on customer application requirements and specifying Kinetics' solution offerings.
- Preparing the method of statement
- Educate customers on the technical features and business benefits of the Kinetics proposed solution.
- Increase market awareness on both the company and products (e.g., through technical product presentations/seminars for customers, promotions, advertising).
- After-sales Services
- Participate in and actively support company initiatives;
Required qualifications:
Education: BSC degree with a major in (Mechanical or Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering)
- Experience: 3-5 years combined experience in sales, marketing, and business development
Minimum Required Skills:
- Outstanding people skills, strong sales personality, excellent communication skills, and a phenomenal teammate.
- Knowledge of competitor products.
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Arabic
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- General computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- AutoCAD Program is a plus.
