Responsible for preparing and reviewing cost estimates, managing procurement activities, and coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality materials and services at competitive prices. The role involves analyzing project documents, preparing accurate cost analyses, managing bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all project materials are procured and delivered in line with project specifications, budget, and schedule.
