We are hiring a strong, ambitious Chef de Partie who is ready to step into a Sous Chef role for a small, high-quality modern breakfast/brunch concept (European fusion) in Amman.

What We’re Looking For:
- Current CDP with solid kitchen fundamentals
- Ready to grow into a Sous Chef role
- Creative with sauces, purées, garnishes, and modern plating
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Someone who wants to help shape the menu and the direction of the kitchen
Responsibilities (Small Operation):
- Oversee daily kitchen operations in a small, efficient setup
- Take full responsibility for prep, cooking, and plating during service
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency
- Manage inventory, ordering, and organization (with owner support)
- Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and operating smoothly
- Train and guide any junior staff as the team grows
- Contribute new ideas, dishes, and improvements regularly
- Take ownership of the kitchen
