Job Description:

CNX Crew is hiring a part-time Research Assistant to support our event staffing platform operations.

This remote position requires 3-4 flexible hours daily, plus weekly team meetings. 

You’ll conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify business opportunities in Jordan’s events sector.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on event trends, venues, and competitor analysis

• Collect and organize data from multiple sources

• Prepare research reports and presentations

• Identify potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities

• Track industry developments and provide insights

• Support business development initiatives with data-driven recommendations

Requirements:

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Reliable internet connection for remote work

• Available for weekly virtual meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous research or data analysis experience

• Familiarity with Jordan’s events and hospitality industry

• Knowledge of business development practices
