We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Admin Officer to join our team in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing human resources functions and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. The HR and Admin Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's workforce and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and benefits enrollment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing timely and accurate information.
- Oversee administrative functions, including office supplies management, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and inform decision-making.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
