Financial Collector
Tebcan, a leading company working in digital health is looking to recruit a “Financial Collector” with the following responsibilities:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Contact clients by phone, email, or in person and collect outstanding payments.
- Follow up regularly on overdue payments
- Maintain professional and positive communication with clients
- Ensure monthly collection targets are met
- Record and update payment information accurately
- Report collection progress to management
- Coordinate with the finance team regarding client accounts
Requirements:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any related field.
- Owns a car and driving license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and persuade clients professionally
- Basic knowledge of financial documents and invoices
