Sales Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling technical solutions and products, understanding customer requirements, and providing suitable engineering solutions across communication, electrical, and power systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company products and solutions related to communication, electrical, and power systems.
  • Understand customer technical and business requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, BOQs, and quotations.
  • Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and implementation.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
  • Follow up on ongoing projects and provide technical support during execution when required.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Power Engineering.
  • Experience in technical sales or engineering roles is preferred .
  • Basic knowledge of communication systems, electrical systems, or power solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office application.
