Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions
  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when required
  • Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-up actions in CRM systems
  • Meet daily/weekly call quality, productivity, and performance targets
  • Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines


Skills

Requirements:

  • High school graduate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior call center or customer service experience is an advantage
  • Good communication skills (verbal & listening)
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure professionally
