Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Architectural Engineer to lead and manage architectural design processes across a variety of projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design excellence and compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design processes from concept to completion

- Prepare design proposals, presentations, and technical documentation

- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation

- Ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards

- Collaborate with MEP, structural, and interior design teams

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

- Utilize design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools

- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Skills

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience

- Revit is a must

- Professionality using SketchUp, and other design tools

- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards

- Experience in BIM workflows and interdisciplinary coordination

- Fluency in English
