Role Overview<\/h4>\n
During your tenure as a Consultant in Strategy & Transactions \u2013 Corporate Finance, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:<\/p>\n
\n- Research key industry trends, company-specific information, and relevant industry financial data using various databases and tools available.<\/li>\n
- Assist with building financial models to support clients with decision making and negotiations.<\/li>\n
- Develop and analyse financial forecasts to estimate business valuation using different methodologies such as comparable companies, discounted cash flow (DCF), and transaction multiples analysis, and conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis.<\/li>\n
- Analyse financial and other data using different tools and techniques for data visualization and industry research to help create insights.<\/li>\n
- Assist with preparation of transaction collaterals such as teasers, information memorandums, etc.<\/li>\n
- Evaluate company\u2019s operational and financial performance, financial position, and capital structure.<\/li>\n
- Understand the company\u2019s business fundamentals, industry positioning, and growth prospects.<\/li>\n
- Assist senior team members with project management and coordinating multiple stakeholders across the transaction lifecycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

Qualifications<\/h4>\n\n- Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, accounting, or any related field \u2013 e.g., Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration.<\/li>\n
- ACA or ACCA or CFA or MBA or equivalent, with emphasis on corporate finance or investment analysis is a plus.<\/li>\n
- Up to 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A Advisory, or Investment Banking \/ Private Equity with experience in areas such as business valuations, mergers & acquisitions, financial modeling, and raising debt or equity.<\/li>\n
- Willingness to pursue financial or accounting designations (CFA \/ ACCA \/ CA).<\/li>\n
- Willing and able to travel and spend project time regionally.<\/li>\n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n
- Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy, particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n
- Excellent business writing skills.<\/li>\n
- Bilinguals (English & Arabic) preferred but not compulsory.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/p>
