مؤسسة AVSI - ETS، وهي منظمة غير حكومية أُنشئت في 1972، تقوم بمشروعات تعاون من أجل التنمية، مع تركيز خاص على التعليم. تعمل مؤسسة AVSI في الأردن منذ 2006 وساهمت في دعم أكثر المجتمعات المحلية ضعفاً، واللاجئين الفلسطينيين والعراقيين والسوريين من خلال توفير مشاريع وأنشطة تركز على الحماية الاجتماعية، والصحة والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي، والتعليم، والتدريب المهني والتأهيل الوظيفي وأنشطة توليد الدخل. مشروع RI SE: مبادرات حيوية لتعزيز التمكين المستدام في التراث الثقافي هو مشروع مدته سنتان ممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي. يهدف المشروع إلى تحسين سبل العيش للنساء والشباب والفئات الهشة في المقرن وريحاب، مع الحفاظ على المبادرات في التراث الثقافي الملموس وغير الملموس، وتعزيز القدرات المحلية للسياحة المستدامة، وتحسين التراث الثقافي وريادة الأعمال. سيكون موظف ميداني في مكاعير مسؤولاً عن تنسيق تنفيذ الأنشطة في المنطقة المستهدفة. نظرًا لوجود محدود في الجهات الإنسانية والتنموية في المنطقة المستهدفة، من المتوقع أن يلعب الموظف الميداني دوراً رئيسياً في تكييف نهج المشروع مع السياق المحلي، وتعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية، ودعم أصحاب المصلحة المحليين في فهم والتفاعل مع منهجيات المشروع. يقع هذا المنصب في مكاعير، موقع تنفيذ المشروع الرئيسي. سيتم تفضيل المرشحين المقيمين في المنطقة أو القادرين على ضمان تنقل يومي موثوق إلى موقع المشروع. مكان العمل: مكاعير تاريخ البدء: أغسطس 2026 المدة: 12 شهراً اللغة: العربية تقارير إلى: مدير مشروع AVSI لمشروع RI SE المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- التصرف كنقطة المحور لدى AVSI في المنطقة، مع الحفاظ على تواصل منتظم مع السلطات المحلية والجمعيات وأصحاب المصلحة المجتمعين، قيادة خريطة أصحاب المصلحة واستراتيجية المشاركة في المنطقة وبناء علاقات استراتيجية مع السلطات المحلية وقادة المجتمع;
- التنسيق عن كثب مع شريك AVSI FPEC في تنفيذ أنشطة المشروع، واختيار المستفيدين وضمان اتباع ممارسات تنفيذ المشروع الجيدة؛
- وضع جداول أسبوعية/شهرية للأنشطة للمشروع، مع متابعة خطة العمل بالتنسيق والتقرير إلى مدير المشروع لضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة كما في التقويم المشترك;
- تنسيق تنفيذ أنشطة المشروع في المنطقة، والعمل عن كثب مع طاقم المشروع والشركاء والسلطات المحلية لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد وبجودة جيدة؛
- تحديد وتحليل وتخفيف مخاطر وعرقلات التشغيل بشكل استباقي مع اقتراح حلول وتدابير تصحيحية لمدير المشروع؛
- دعم وإشراف الشباب المتعاقد لجمع البيانات الملموسة وغير الملموسة للتراث الثقافي ومبادرات الرقمنة، وضمان دقة البيانات المجمَّعة؛
- دعم اختيار المتدربين والمتابعة، وتنسيق جميع لوجستيات التدريب (الضيافة، التموين، المهارات الرقمية، الأعمال، اللغة، إلخ)، ومراقبة الحضور والنتائج (للتقرير إلى قسم MEAL والمدير المشروع)؛
- دعم الشريك المنفذ في تحديد ومساعدة الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، والأعمال المنزلية، والجمعيات المحلية للانضمام إلى أنشطة المشروع، والتنسيق مع قسم اللوجستيات في AVSI والمدير المشروع لتسليم المعدات والدعم العيني وبناء قدرات الأعمال، والمتابعة بشأن التدخلات المحددة؛
- مراقبة تقدم الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة المدعومة وتقييم استدامة المبادرات، مع تقديم الدعم في ربط الأسواق؛
- تنظيم الاجتماعات المجتمعية وجلسات التوعية، وضمان التواصل الشفاف مع المستفيدين، وجمع مواد الرؤية الأساسية مثل الصور وقصص النجاح؛
- دعم الشراء واللوجستيات للتدريبات وورش العمل والأنشطة الميدانية، والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة، قوائم الحضور؛
- التعاون closely مع قسم MEAL لضمان تقارير دقيقة عن أنشطة المشروع والمشاركة الفعالة في جمع المعلومات والبيانات المتعلقة بتقارير المشروع والتقييمات؛
- التنسيق مع قسم MEAL لاستخدام الأدوات لرصد وتقييم أنشطة المشروع في الميدان؛
- التأكد من امتثال جميع الأنشطة لمعايير AVSI في الحماية والوقاية والتضمين، ودعم التقييمات وعمليات التعلم لتعزيز جودة المشروع؛
- كتابة التقارير ذات الصلة (مثل تقارير الأنشطة) وتقديمها إلى مدير المشروع في الوقت المناسب وبجودة عالية.
المؤهل المثالي
- خبرة مثبتة في تنسيق الأنشطة الميدانية، العمل المجتمعي، أو المبادرات المحلية (الخبرة في المنظمات غير الحكومية تعتبر ميزة);
- درجة بكالوريوس في موضوع ذو صلة (التراث الثقافي، العمل الاجتماعي، التنمية أو الدراسات الإنسانية، إلخ);
- مهارات اتصال شفهي وكتابي ممتازة باللغة العربية;
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية والعمل ضمن فريق؛
- القدرة على القيادة.
- خبرة في العمل مع الكيانات الحكومية، والمجتمعات المحلية، ومجموعات الشباب أو المبادرات الشعبية؛
- خبرة في الإشراف والتنسيق ورصد الأنشطة الميدانية والطاقم؛
- مهارات تقرير واتصال قوية، مع القدرة على تعبئة وتحفيز أصحاب المصلحة بشكل فعال؛
- مهارات تواصل شفهي وكتابي ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية تعتبر ميزة؛
- رغبة قوية في التعلم والقدرة على التكيف مع أنظمة وإجراءات المنظمات غير الحكومية؛

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
AVSI Foundation - ETS , an NGO created in 1972, carries out cooperation projects for development, with a particular emphasis on education. AVSI Foundation has been operating in Jordan since 2006 and contributed in supporting the most vulnerable local communities, Palestinian, Iraqi and Syrian refugees through providing projects and activities that focus on social protection, health and psycho-social assistance, education, vocational training and job placement and income-generating activities. RISE: Revitalizing Initiatives for Sustainable Empowerment in Cultural Heritage is a two-year project funded by the European Union. The project aims to improve the livelihoods of women, youth, and vulnerable groups in Makawer and Rihab, while preserving and promoting initiatives in tangible and intangible cultural heritage, strengthening local capacities for sustainable tourism, cultural heritage enhancement and entrepreneurship. The Field Officer in Makawe r will be responsible of coordinating the implementation of the activities in the targeted area. Given the limited presence of humanitarian and development actors in the target area, the Field Officer is expected to play a key role in adapting project approaches to the local context, strenghtening community engagement, and supporting local stakeholders in understanding and engaging with project methodologies. This position is based in Makawer, the main project implementation site. Preference will be given to candidates residing in the area or those able to ensure a reliable daily commute to the project location. Duty Station: Makawer Starting Date: August 2026 Period: 12 months Language: Arabic Reporting to: AVSI Project Manager for RISE Project Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Act as AVSI s focal point in the area, maintaining regular communication with local authorities, associations, and community stakeholders, lead stakeholders mapping and engagement strategy in the area and build and maintain strategic relationships with local authorities and community leaders;
- Coordinate closely with AVSI s partner FPEC in the implementation of the project activities, selection of beneficiaries and ensuring good project implementation practices are being followed;
- Develop and follow weekly/monthly activity plans for the project, with keeping track of work plan in coordination with and reporting to Project Manager to ensure that the activities are executed as per the shared calendar;
- Coordinate the implementation of project activities in the area, working closely with project staff, partners, and local authorities to ensure timely, quality delivery;
- Identify, analyze and proactively mitigate operational risks and bottlenecks while proposing solutions and corrective actions to the Project Manager;
- Support and supervision of the youth contracted for the mapping, collection of tangible and intangible cultural heritage data and digitalization initiatives, ensuring the accuracy of the data collected;
- Support the selection and follow-up of trainees, coordinate all logistics for trainings (hospitality, catering, digital skills, business, language, etc.), and monitor attendance and results (to be reported to MEAL dept. and the PM);
- Support the Implementing Partner in identifying and assisting MSMEs, home-based businesses, and local associations to join project activities, coordinate with AVSI Logistics Department and the PM the delivery of equipment, in-kind support, and business capacity building, and follow up on specific interventions;
- Monitor progress of supported MSMEs and assess sustainability of initiatives, while providing support in market linkages;
- Organize community meetings and outreach sessions, ensure transparent communication with beneficiaries, and collect essential visibility materials such as photos and success stories;
- Support procurement and logistics for trainings, workshops, and field activities, and maintain accurate records, inventories, attendance lists;
- Collaborate closely with the MEAL department to ensure accurate reporting of the project activities and be actively involved in the collection of information and data related to the project reporting, assessments
- Coordinating with MEAL Department on the use of tools for the monitoring and evaluation of project's activities in the field;
- Ensure all activities comply with AVSI s safeguarding, protection, and inclusion standards, and support evaluations and learning processes to strengthen project quality;
- Write relevant reports (such as Activity Reports) and submit it to the PM in a timely and qualitative way.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in coordinating field-based activities, community work, or local initiatives (NGO experience is an asset);
- Bachelor Degree in relevant subject (Cultural Heritage, Social Work, Development or Humanitarian Studies, etc.);
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic;
- Strong organizational and team working skills;
- Leadership.
- Experience working with governmental entities, local communities, youth groups or grassroots initiatives;
- Experience in supervising, coordinating, and monitoring field activities and staff;
- Strong reporting and communication skills, with the ability to mobilize and engage stakeholders effectively;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is an asset;
- Strong willingness and ability to learn and adapt to NGO systems and procedures;
- Ability to work under pressure and operate independently when needed;
- Flexible team player with strong interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and basic data collection tools.
