Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Vendor Operations Coordinator to support our restaurant and QC vendors on Talabat. In this role, you will identify vendors facing operational challenges, deliver hands-on training to help them improve, and track their performance and KPIs on an ongoing basis. You will work closely with Account Managers and different teams to ensure vendors get the right support at the right time, helping them meet operational standards and grow on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify vendors with performance issues (delays, cancellations, low ratings) and flag them for action.
• Conduct training sessions with vendors on operational best practices.
• Monitor vendor KPIs regularly and track improvement over time.
• Work closely with Account Managers to align on vendor support plans.
• Follow up with vendors post-training to measure impact.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor performance and training activity.
• Escalate recurring issues to relevant teams when needed

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree.
• 2-3 years experience in operations or logistics. food/grocery tech industry is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting performance data.
• Experience in operations, account management or logistics.
• Familiarity with food delivery or e-commerce operations is a plus.
