نظرة عامة على الدور
بصفتك خبير UI/UX، ستساعد في تشكيل تجارب رقمية بديهية عبر البوابات الداخلية وتطبيقات الجوال. هذا الدور مركزي لتحسين طريقة تفاعل المستخدمين مع أنظمة الأعمال، من خلال ترجمة احتياجات المستخدمين والأهداف التنظيمية إلى حلول تصميم مدروسة وفعالة مع العمل عن كثب مع أصحاب المصلحة التقنيين والـتجاريين.
المسؤوليات
تصميم وتحسين واجهات المستخدم للبوابات الداخلية وتطبيقات الجوال لتعزيز تجربة المستخدم.
إجراء أبحاث المستخدم واختبارات القابلية للاستخدام لإبلاغ قرارات التصميم.
التعاون مع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والموارد البشرية ووحدات الأعمال لمواءمة أعمال التصميم مع أهداف المنظمة.
إنشاء مخططات سلكية ونماذج أولية ونماذج عالية الدقة.
ضمان الاتساق في العلامة التجارية وإمكانية الوصول وقابلية الاستخدام عبر المنصات.
تحليل بيانات تفاعل المستخدم لتحديد فرص التحسين.
مواكبة اتجاهات UI/UX والأدوات وأفضل الممارسات.
تقديم التوجيه والدعم أثناء مرحلة التنفيذ.
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في التصميم الغرافيكي، التفاعل بين الإنسان والحاسوب، علوم الحاسب، أو مجال ذو صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في تصميم UI/UX لتطبيقات الويب والجوال.
إتقان Figma وAdobe XD وSketch.
معرفة معايير الوصول وقابلية الاستخدام.
القدرة على العمل في الأردن.
الخبرة في أنظمة المؤسسات الداخلية ميزة إضافية.
شهادة UI/UX ميزة إضافية.

Role overview
As a UI/UX expert, you will help shape intuitive digital experiences across internal portals and mobile applications. This role is central to improving how users interact with business systems, translating user needs and organizational goals into thoughtful, effective design solutions while working closely with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Design and optimize user interfaces for internal portals and mobile applications to enhance user experience.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to align design work with organizational goals.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Ensure consistency in branding, accessibility, and usability across platforms.
Analyze user interaction data to identify improvement opportunities.
Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Provide guidance and support during the implementation phase.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of UI/UX design experience for both web and mobile applications.
Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards.
Eligible to work in Jordan.
Experience in internal enterprise systems is a plus.
A UI/UX certification is a plus.
