تم تأسيس منظمة اليونيسف في عام 1946 لتوفير الإغاثة العاجلة لملايين الأطفال الذين يعانون في أعقاب الحرب العالمية الثانية. ما زالت المنظمة تعمل لتخفيف معاناة ملايين الأطفال في حالات الطوارئ حول العالم. تركز اليونيسف أيضاً على حماية حقوق الطفل وتعزيزها، وتعمل من أجل بقاء الأطفال ونجاتهم وتعلمهم وتطورهم الصحي لكل طفل.
عملت اليونيسف في الأردن منذ 1952 لتعزيز حقوق الأطفال وحمايتها. وفي العقود التالية، تحققت تقدمات كبيرة للأطفال. منذ بداية الأزمة السورية في 2013، زادت اليونيسف بشكل ملحوظ من عملياتها للاستجابة للتحديات التي تواجه الأطفال اللاجئين والذين في المجتمعات التي يعيشون فيها.
استناداً إلى الدروس المستفادة من هذا الاستجابة الطارئة، اعتمدت اليونيسف الأردن نهجاً يعتمد على الضعف في عام 2018 - داعمة التدخلات التي تستهدف الأطفال الأكثر ضعفا في البلد، بغض النظر عن جنسيتهم.
السياق
سيكون المتطوع الدولي جزءاً من قسم الشراكات داخل مكتب الأردن القطري لليونيسف. يلعب القسم دوراً مركزياً في تعبئة الموارد، وعلاقات المانحين، وتنسيق الشراكات والتقارير الاستراتيجية، مع دعم تنفيذ البرنامج القطري متعدد القطاعات لليونيسف في الأردن. يُنفذ البرنامج في سياق إنساني وتنموي معقد داخل بلد ذو دخل متوسط، موازناً الاستجابات للمشردين مع الاستثمارات الطويلة الأجل في الأنظمة الوطنية في مجالات التعليم، وحماية الطفل، والصحة والتغذية، والمياه والصرف الصحي، والحماية الاجتماعية، وتنمية المراهقين. تسهم المهمة في تعزيز إدارة الشراكات والتقارير عالية الجودة في سياق تزايد قيود الموارد.
المتطوعون الوطنيون المتخصصون في الأردن لهم حقوق:
• بدل الإقامة الشهري للمتطوعين (VLA) بمقدار 1,145.08 دينار أردني؛
• الإجازات السنوية والتعلم؛
• تأمين طبي وحياة مجاني؛
• وصول مجاني إلى منصات تعلم مختلفة.
وصف المهمة
تحت الإشراف المباشر لرئيس الشراكات، سيقوم المتطوع الدولي بـ:
- توفير دعم التقارير والتنسيق والشراكات عبر برنامج الأردن القطري لليونيسف.
- المساهمة في تعزيز تقارير المانحين عالية الجودة والامتثال لمتطلبات المانحين والتواصل الفعال للنتائج.
- دعم إعداد وتنظيم اجتماعات المانحين، وإعداد وتقديم تقارير المانحين في الوقت المناسب.
- المساهمة في صياغة موجزات المانحين وتحديث وتتبع جداول التوقيت للتقارير.
- دعم التنسيق مع فرق البرنامج الداخلية لضمان تقارير دقيقة تستند إلى النتائج.

Job description
Mission and objectives
UNICEF was established in 1946 to supply emergency relief to millions of children suffering in the aftermath of World War II. The organization still functions to ease the suffering of millions of children in emergency situations across the world. UNICEF also focuses on the protection and promotion of child rights, working for the survival, protection, education and healthy development of every child.
UNICEF has worked in Jordan since 1952 to promote and protect the rights of children. In the following decades, significant progress has been achieved for children. Since the beginning of the Syrian crisis in 2013, UNICEF has significantly increased its operation to respond to the challenges faced by both refugee children and those in the communities where they live.
Building on the lessons learned from this emergency response, UNICEF Jordan moved to a vulnerability approach in 2018 - supporting interventions that target the most vulnerable children in the country, regardless of their nationality.
Context
The UN Volunteer will be part of the Partnerships Section within the UNICEF Jordan Country Office. The section plays a central role in resource mobilization, donor relations, partnership coordination and strategic reporting, supporting the delivery of UNICEF’s multi‑sectoral Country Programme in Jordan. The programme is implemented in a complex humanitarian and development context within a middle‑income country, balancing responses for refugees with long‑term investments in national systems across education, child protection, health and nutrition, WASH, social protection, and adolescent development. The assignment contributes to strengthening partnership management and high‑quality reporting in a context of increasing resource constraints.
National UN Specialist Volunteers in Jordan are entitled to:
• Monthly Volunteer Living Allowance (VLA) at the amount of JOD 1,145.08;
• Annual and learning leaves;
• Free Medical and life insurance;
• Free access to different learning platforms.
Task description
Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Partnerships, the UN Volunteer will:
- Provide reporting, coordination and partnership support across UNICEF Jordan’s Country Programme.
- Contribute to strengthening high quality donor reporting, compliance with donor requirements, and effective
communication of results.
-Support the preparation and organization of donor meetings, preparation and timely submission of donor reports.
- Contribute to the drafting of donor briefings and update and tracking of reporting timelines.
- Support coordination with internal programme teams to ensure accurate, results-based reporting.

Skills and experience
• At least 3 years of professional experience at the national level in reporting, programme support, monitoring and
evaluation, communications, or related areas. Experience supporting donor reporting or programme
documentation is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft clear and structured reports,
summaries and updates.
• Ability to collect, consolidate and analyse inputs from multiple programme sections and stakeholders, ensuring
accuracy, consistency and clarity of reporting content.
• Understanding of results‑based reporting, including programme indicators, activities, outputs and results; ability to
collect and organize information from different teams.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document production, editing, formatting and quality‑assurance
processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with colleagues from different backgrounds and across
programme sections.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy work environment.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
