Mangonel is seeking a structured and performance-oriented Operations Manager to ensure seamless production,

supply chain efficiency, and retail operations excellence.

This role is critical in supporting our expansion and maintaining the premium quality our customers expect.

What You’ll Be Driving:

• Oversee end-to-end order management and fulfillment operations.

• Manage inventory, warehousing, and distribution processes.

• Supervise shipping partners and monitor service performance (SLAs).

• Optimize operational costs and efficiency.

• Support scalability for B2C and future B2B growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of operations experience in beauty, fragrance, FMCG, or high-volume fulfillment environments.

• Strong supply chain and inventory management expertise.

• Experience in multi-branch or e-commerce operations is preferred.

• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Job Conditions:

• Work Location: Amman

• Working Hours 9h

• Days Off: one day

Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a

related field.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in operations management within fragrance,

cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or personal care industries.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, production planning, and logistics.

• Experience managing multi-channel operations (retail + e-commerce + social

commerce).

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• High attention to detail and process orientation.

• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail and production environment.

Tools (Preferred)

• ERP/Inventory systems (Odoo, SAP Business One, Zoho, etc.)

• Excel/Google Sheets (dashboards, stock planning)

• Order management tools / e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)

• Courier platforms and delivery tracking tools
