You will be responsible for processing claims, resolving discrepancies, and supporting our billing and collections teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately submit and manage medical claims to insurance companies.
- Follow up on claims to ensure timely payment and resolution of issues.
- Address and resolve discrepancies related to claims and payments.
- Collaborate with the medical billing team to ensure seamless operations.
Skills
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in medical billing or claims processing. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Advanced computer and Excel skills, with the ability to navigate various software and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications:
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
