Experience required 5+ years
Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and have hand on experience on Auto CAD
Gulf Experience is preferred.
Candidate must know the designing and drafting of HVAC ducting/chilled water piping/ ESP& Head calculations
Candidate must have knowledge of the designing of plumbing and drainage System/ piping, flow & head calculations
Preparation of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire-fighting shop drawings based on the design drawings issued
Preparation of the MEP Coordination drawings in consideration with the shop drawings and Architectural / Structural drawings
Preparation of the builder’s work and As Built drawings
Preparation of the HVAC Plant Room drawings
Preparation of Schematic and Isometric layouts of Mechanical services
Sizing of the ducts and chilled water piping according to the given design criteria
To be ready to take responsibility and capable of achieving the deadlines / targets given by the Mechanical department
Good communication skill.
