• Senior Visual Merchandiser role is tasked with the implementation of the VM brand guidelines to enhance the customer experience and in turn increase sales.


• This role reports directly to the GL VM Supervisor and supports areas such as display window design, in store department layouts, in store event set up, product placement, fixture layout


• Delivering outstanding VM standards throughout the GL store in line with ABA and host brand guidelines


• Responsible for delivering VM creative sand schemes as per GL VM Supervisor direction


• Day to Day up keep of all VM standards


• Implementation of window and in store VM schemes


• Working with concessions to ensure VM standards are adhered to


• Working closely with ABA marketing department for event set up


• Policing VM standards


• Liaise with Department Managers


• Work closely with host brand

Skills

• Minimum Bachelor Degree


• Must have min 2+ years' experience in VM roles


• Must have multi - brand experience and Fashion VM experience and skills


• Must have creative problem-solving skills


• Must be commercial minded and must have strong communication skills


• Ability to work in a team-driven environment


• Good organization and learning skills
