About the Role We are seeking a skilled BMS Technician to support the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of building management systems across airport facilities. The role involves maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and automation systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with aviation industry standards.
Key Responsibilities Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure efficient operation of airport facilities. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, including air-handling units, chillers, ventilation systems, and related equipment. Support maintenance and calibration of Building Automation Systems (BAC). Diagnose faults, repair equipment, and ensure systems are functioning in accordance with technical specifications. Maintain and repair mechanical equipment including pumps, motors, fans, and control panels. Respond to maintenance requests and system alarms in a timely manner. Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and system performance. Follow safety procedures and comply with airport facility management regulations. Coordinate with other maintenance teams and supervisors to ensure seamless operation of building systems.
Qualifications & Requirements Vocational / Technical School Certificate (required).2–5 years of experience in building or industrial maintenance. Hands-on experience in:Electrical & Plumbing Systems Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) Building Automation Systems (BAC) Mechanical Equipment Maintenance Safety certifications such as Fire Safety Training, OSHA 10, or OSHA 30 (required or preferred). Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and system drawings. Good communication skills in English. Experience in aviation, airport facilities, or large-scale infrastructure environments is an advantage.
