Optimiza is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our innovative design team.
In this role, you will focus on creating seamless and engaging user experiences that delight our customers.
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design user-centered solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to ensure a cohesive and functional user experience.
Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
Apply best practices in UX design and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Help maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
Class A Health Insurance Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in UX design or a similar role.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
A portfolio showcasing UX design work and problem-solving abilities.
