BDM Manager Growth & Private Sector Market Expansion Manager Open Confidential - A leading regional consulting firm Jordan Market Research / Consulting Services , Our Client, A leading regional consulting firm based in Jordan that provides consulting services to government, non-profit and private organizations in various consulting practices, is looking for BDM / Growth & Private Sector Market Expansion Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus
• 5-7 years of experience in business development, market or consumer research, or commercial insights, with a proven track record of winning and growing private sector accounts
• An existing network of relationships across Jordan's private sector (e.g. banking, telecommunications, consumer goods) is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, sufficient to scope studies and shape commercial offerings
• Strong commercial acumen, including proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and account management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• An entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset, comfortable helping builds a new practice in a dynamic environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Familiarity with CRM and/or research and data collection tools is a plus
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages (verbal and written) is a must
