Soft Services Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Managing all operational activities in soft services including housekeeping, mailroom, reception, pest control, landscaping, helpdesk, reprographics, and management and conference rooms.
  • Supervising the tracking and maintaining consumables, supplies, and equipment and waste.
  • Supervising the soft services team including vacation or sick leave back up scheduling, work quality assurance, completion and review of KPI’s ensuring the balance between correct service levels as per agreed SLA and client satisfaction.
  • Ensuring all monthly reports as per controls calendar are updated and reviews each report that will be submitted to the tenant services supervisor on a timely basis.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators related to goals set soft services management.
  • Overseeing all third-party activities associated with soft services performed to the company.
  • Responsibility for local laws, governmental regulations, and code compliance associated with facility management.
