Python Developer – Frappe / ERPNext Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with extensive experience in Frappe Framework and ERPNext customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, modifying, and maintaining ERPNext solutions while managing cloud infrastructure on Amazon AWS, including Lightsail, EC2, S3, and RDS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and enhance ERPNext solutions using Frappe Framework to meet business needs.
• Design and implement custom applications and modules within ERPNext.
• Optimize system performance and user experience through code enhancements and third-party integrations.
• Manage and maintain MariaDB / MySQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Work with REST APIs and GraphQL to integrate ERPNext with external systems.
• Administer and maintain cloud infrastructure on Amazon AWS, including:
  • Managing and optimizing EC2, S3, RDS, and Lightsail instances.
  • Enhancing security, performance, and scalability of cloud-based applications.
  • Automating deployment and updates using CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot system issues, analyze logs, and optimize system responsiveness.
• Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end-users and team members.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Python development, with a strong background in Frappe / ERPNext.
• Proven expertise in ERPNext customization and Frappe app development.
• Solid knowledge of MariaDB / MySQL database management.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon AWS, specifically Lightsail, EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools such as Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for cloud-based applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
