Job Summary:      Looking for an Administrative Assistant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Offer administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Conduct administrative duties including filing, typing, photocopying, binding as well as scanning documents
  • Offer general support to visitors as well as clients
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Handle support staff and ensure cleanness of office at all times
  • Properly maintain office supply inventories
  • Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate persons
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or other related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the same or similar position
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of office administration and required support as well as operations
  • Good knowledge of office management systems as well as procedures
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Strong working knowledge of general office equipment
  • Expertise in MS Office suite required
  • Must be a good communicator
