Job Summary: Looking for an Administrative Assistant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Offer administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Conduct administrative duties including filing, typing, photocopying, binding as well as scanning documents
- Offer general support to visitors as well as clients
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Handle support staff and ensure cleanness of office at all times
- Properly maintain office supply inventories
- Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate persons
- Perform any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or other related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the same or similar position
- Strong knowledge and understanding of office administration and required support as well as operations
- Good knowledge of office management systems as well as procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Strong working knowledge of general office equipment
- Expertise in MS Office suite required
- Must be a good communicator
