· Maintaining and updating the construction schedules and plans.
· Participating in creating schedule baseline with senior planning engineer.
· Participating in creating the recovery plan with Senior planning engineer.
· Monitoring work progress.
· Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
· Preparing status report with Senior planning engineer.
· Preparing two weeks lookahead plan for site team.
· Attending weekly meetings and working on maintaining the agreed dates.
· Liaising with site managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise after coordinating with Senior planning engineer.
· Participating in preparing the internal and external presentations with Senior planning engineer.
· Preparing the progress sheet for the invoices with the site manager and Senior planning engineer
