- Develop & review Cost Control Services including but not limited to those of cost estimating, budget control, cost forecasting, cost reporting and cost risk analysis.
- Analyze budget proposals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze costs across departments to identify opportunities for savings.
- Implement cost control measures and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Prepare regular budget vs. actual reports and present findings to management.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain significant differences between budgeted and actual results.
- Partner with operations, procurement, and project teams to ensure financial efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to non-financial staff on budgeting and cost management.
Proven work experience as a Budgeting & Cost Accountant, Cost Analyst or similar roleExcellent analytical skills with an attention to detailStrong time management skillsBSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant study
