The UN Global Compact Network Jordan has kicked off its internship program for the year 2022, Internships at UNGC Jordan give students and recent graduates the opportunity to learn about the network’s work strategy and mission.

We are looking for a competent intern who will support the network and the UNGC’s operations in Jordan. Interns will gain first-hand knowledge and experience of both the communications and community engagement functions of an international organization and an understanding of the unique considerations of corporate social responsibility in Jordan.

Candidates will be responsible for:

• Supporting day-to-day operations, including ongoing communications and coordination with Global Compact Networks in Jordan
• Supporting the preparation of special events for Global Compact Networks in Jordan
• Supporting the collection and maintenance of organizational data for publications and events from Local Networks in Jordan
• Supporting the maintenance of Local Network quality standards and good governance, such as the preparation of Board meeting agendas, presentations, and quarterly communications
• Supporting the design and implementation of Global Compact programs and initiatives in Jordan, such as drafting concept notes, presentations, and meeting agendas
