We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in Scrum practices and a strong understanding of agile methodologies. Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory for this position.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
- Foster a collaborative culture and empower the team to achieve higher levels of performance.
- Assist the product manager with keeping the backlog groomed.
- Ensure cross-team coordination and communication.
- Maintain roadmap items that help the team see how they are doing.
- Liaise between the developers and designers.
- Foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement.
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Ability to solve conflicts and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
