Key Tasks:
General
- Preparing and presenting monthly reports of handled projects.
- Ensure that the Branche follows safety, health and business laws and regulations
- Be a role model for coaching and guiding personnel to comply with Company CBM
- Promote regular and ongoing opportunities for employees to give feedback
- Cross-functional support to remaining organization departments, including Marketing, Commercial, Human
Resources, Finance and Procurement.
Standards
Adhering to ISO Standards applied in the Firm and enforcing standards through the supply chain
- Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures to deliver consistent high-quality venue operations.
Commercial
- Collaborate with the Project Manager for preparation of the project’s Monthly Technical Certification.
- Identify and raise any additional scope and/or claims identified for the project to the Project Manager
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on the substantiation of any claims or additional scope related to the project.
Technical
- Review all technical documentation related to the project and store in an organized manner (in compliance with
company standards).
- Develop and deliver technical reports (as needed) with support from the engineers assigned to the project.
- Identify and prepare RFI’s for the project, with support from the engineers assigned to the project.
- Prepare and setup BIM Models in compliance with the BIM requirements and BIM documents for the project (e.g.:
BIM Execution Plan).
- Ensure the developed BIM Models are compliant with:
• Constructability / Engineering requirements
• Standards requirements (e.g.: QCS, Kaahrama, etc.)
• Project Requirements
• BIM Requirements
- Prepare and maintain up to date the federated model for the project on a weekly basis, this includes:
• List of Deliverables and Submissions, as per project scope
• Clash Tests setup
• Search Sets setup
• Re-run clash tests on weekly basis (maintaining a history of clashes during the entire project)
• Generate federated model files weekly (NWD format)
- Daily follow-up and coordination with the project engineers for the resolution of any clashes and/or technical
issues.
- Ensure project submissions to the Client are as per the Quality Plan for the project (e.g.: QA Checklists, etc.)
- Ensure project submissions to the Client are aligned with the agreed contractual scope and contain all the agreed
milestone deliverables.
- Coordinate with Doc. Controller and Project Manager for any official submission to the Client.
Technology
- Develop new tools (plugins, scripts, etc.) that will improve the efficiency of project delivery, allowing for reducing
the initially defined project budget.
- Challenge his project team to find methods to improve the project delivery process, reduce project estimated
budgets and improve overall quality management and delivery of services.
Training & Performance Review
- Provide ongoing feedback, mentoring, advice and coaching to direct reports, supporting skill development,
continuous improvement, and increased competencies through an effective performance management framework.
- Provide training to company staff, on as-needed basis (e.g.: Navisworks, Revit, Civil3D, etc.).
- Conduct regular performance appraisals.
