Job Summary:

Payment Posting Specialist plays a vital role in our organization by managing the payment posting and claims reconciliation associated with medical billing. This position is key to maintaining financial accuracy and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for processing payments, resolving discrepancies, and supporting our billing and collections teams. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help us uphold our reputation for excellence in the medical billing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately post insurance and patient payments.
• Identify and apply adjustments, write-offs, and contractual allowances.
• Flag and escalate denials and underpayments.
• Accounts receivables management.
• Maintain accurate records for auditing and reporting.
• Enroll with insurances through online portals.
• Collaborate with the medical billing team to ensure smooth operations overall.

Skills

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in RCM, Medical billing or related experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Advanced computer and Excel skills, with the ability to navigate various software and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Qualification:

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Electrical or Biomedical Engineering.
