About the Role
We are currently seeking an intermediate-level IT professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in IT support and infrastructure who is ready to take on broader responsibilities and contribute to the efficiency and security of our systems.
Key Responsibilities

Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and devices

Support the administration of internal servers, network devices, and backup systems

Assist in monitoring system performance and implementing security protocols

Manage user access, email accounts, and permissions across systems

Document IT processes, system updates, and incident resolutions

Coordinate with vendors for technical support, repairs, and licensing

Contribute to IT improvement projects and digital transformation initiatives
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

2–4 years of relevant experience in IT support or network/system administration

Working knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, firewalls, and VPNs

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and cybersecurity best practices

Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software issues

Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
