A leading IT company is seeking talented professionals to fill the following positions:

Position: IT Backup and Storage Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Storage and Backup platforms in data center
• Daily Health check on the Storage Appliance, Backup Appliance Mainly Power Protect, Brocade SAN Switches.
• Work Closely with System Administrator and SQL Database Administrator to troubleshoot backup related issues and backup failures.
• Hands-on experience on performing operation tasks on an Enterprise level backup software such as DELL-EMC Networker
• Agent installation on the clients, Windows, Unix.
• Configure and Monitor Backup Policies and jobs in order to insure successful backup job.
• Perform regular recovery test to insure successful backup recovery.
• Work Closely to gather customer requirements in terms of future requirements.
• Daily Validation of The Backup Policies and Successful Backups.
• Support the System and Database team in case of system failure and recovery requirements.
• Tape Library Management, Administration and maintenance of automated tape libraries.
• Tape Vaulting support and administration.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to installation, administration, maintenance, processes, and resolutions
• Capacity management, managing storage usage, and growth projections
• Hands-on experience in SAN storage.

Qualifications:

• More than 3 Years’ experience managing Backup and Storage
• Solid experience with Storage and Backup operation in an on-premise data center.
• Solid experience in Backup solutions e.g., Power Protect / Veeam
• Our infrastructure is based on VMware experience is a plus
• Configure and manage Brocade/Cisco SAN switches
• Ability to take ownership and effectively engage in continuous improvements.
• Basic proficiency in Linux system administration.
• Basic proficiency in Windows system administration.
• Knowledge of tape, disk technologies and backup methodologies.

Position: Senior Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using .NET and Python/Django.
• Develop and scale RESTful APIs and databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL).
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Manage Docker containers for consistent environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new features.
• Ensure high standards for security, performance, and maintainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python/Django and C#/.NET.
• Proven experience with Docker and CI/CD tools.
• Strong database management skills (SQL & NoSQL).
• Excellent understanding of OOP, data structures, and architecture.
• Proficiency with Git.
• Preferred: Testing frameworks (Python & .NET), exposure to frontend (React/Next.js), Node.js/Strapi, advanced CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
