<h4>Job description</h4>
<p>Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement health and safety programs.</li>
<li>Prioritize health problems and intervene appropriately to assist the patient in complex, urgent or emergency situations, including initiation of effective emergency care, and provide emergency treatment in the workplace.</li>
<li>Perform patients' routine diagnostic checks (monitor pulse, blood pressure and temperature, provide drugs and injections etc.).</li>
<li>Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.</li>
<li>Create a clean and comfortable sickbay area.</li>
<li>Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.</li>
<li>Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks.</li>
<li>Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.</li>
<li>Communicate with management on a regular basis.</li>
<li>Ensure excellent service and standards at all times as well as behave in a professional manner when on and off duty.</li>
<li>Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Carry out other duties as required by management from time to time, such as but not limited to lateral service in other parts of Human Resources or Hotel.</li>
<li>Set up workstation(s) with necessary supplies along with maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift.</li>
<li>Administer workloads.</li>
<li>Follow care regulations and standards.</li>
<li>Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team.</li>
</ul>
<p>Other duties as assigned.</p>
<h4>Qualifications</h4>
<ul>
<li>Registered Nursing Degree.</li>
<li>1-2 years related experience in the hospitality sector.</li>
<li>Display of comprehensive computer skills.</li>
<li>Well trained and skilled in the usage of medical equipment.</li>
<li>Must be well acquainted with emergency medical procedures.</li>
<li>Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, health and safety aspects.</li>
<li>High levels of organizational skills and efficiency.</li>
