Vice President of Delivery & Execution

MASE is seeking a senior executive to lead our
Delivery & Execution function across all service verticals. The Vice President of Delivery & Execution (PM5 designation) will oversee Operations, O&M, Solutions, Integrated Services, and all contract delivery activities. This role ensures that every contract and asset in MASE’s portfolio is executed to the highest standards of performance, safety, quality, and financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of all operational contracts and projects across MASE’s service verticals.
- Oversee service performance, KPIs, SLAs, budgets, resource planning, and operational continuity.
- Serve as senior operational point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and proactive issue resolution.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary operational and technical teams to meet MASE’s capacity and growth targets.
- Develop and strengthen MASE’s service verticals to meet evolving market needs and support overall growth objectives.
- Provide technical leadership across O&M, operations, field services, solutions, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement.
- Drive digitization across Delivery & Execution, including CMMS optimization, workflow automation, analytics, and technology adoption to improve visibility and efficiency.
- Structured collaboration with Growth & Strategy:
- Participate early in the business development cycle to validate technical feasibility, operational risks, and resource requirements.
- Support contract negotiation and drafting by providing operational, technical, and cost-related input to ensure deliverability and alignment with MASE’s capabilities.
- Engage in early-stage client interface to help shape expectations, define scope boundaries, and ensure smooth transition into execution.
- Review commercial proposals, pricing structures, and service models to confirm operational viability and compliance with performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and QHSE requirements.
- Implement operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Manage budgets, operational cost structures, procurement planning, and subcontractor performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven, tested track record of senior-level experience in operations, O&M, engineering, or technical delivery within power services, renewable energy, utilities, or similar sectors.
- Proven leadership of large teams and complex operational portfolios.
- Strong technical background in solar PV, electrical systems, or industrial operations is preferred.
- Experience contributing to contract negotiation, technical scoping, and early-stage deal structuring.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, performance targets, and contractual KPIs.
- Experience leading digitization initiatives within operational environments.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to enforce process discipline and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
