  • Description: OverviewOur client is a leadingLarge-scalecompany in the field ofManufacturing/FMCGbased in Amman. We are seeking a high-caliber Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations of the group. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader capable of navigating complex financial landscapes and driving organizational transformation during a period of restructuring. Key Responsibilities The CFO will be responsible for the following seven primary tasks:

    1. Departmental Restructuring:Lead the comprehensive restructuring of the finance department, optimizing team hierarchy and modernizing financial systems and internal controls.

    2. Cash Flow Mastery:Manage and mitigate intensive cash flow stress through rigorous monitoring, forecasting, and strategic liquidity management.

    3. Banking & Debt Management:Act as the primary liaison with financial institutions to manage existing loans, negotiate new facilities, and ensure optimal capital structure.

    4. Strategic Financial Planning:Develop and oversee the group’s annual budgets, long-term financial forecasts, and investment appraisals to support the CEO’s vision.

    5. Financial Reporting:Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting in compliance with international standards (IFRS) and local regulations.

    6. Operational Efficiency:Partner with the production and supply chain teams to analyze costs, improve margins, and implement cost-saving initiatives across the group.

    7. Risk Management:Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring robust audit trails and compliance across all entities within the group.

    Candidate Profile

    • Experience:Minimum15 yearsof progressive financial leadership experience.

    • Industry Background:Strong preference for candidates fromFood ProductionorPharmaceuticals.

    • Skills:Expert-level cash flow management, banking relationship management, and ERP implementation.

    • Languages:Full professional proficiency inArabic and English.

    • Availability:Preferred joining time within30 days.
