Job Details

Al-Rayah Drug Store, an established medium-sized organization in Amman, is seeking a high-caliber Sales Manager to lead and expand our operations in Jordan. This is a strategic leadership role for a motivated professional with proven experience in pharmaceutical management and deep knowledge of the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements a national strategy to drive business growth, market share, and product adoption.
  • Oversees key accounts, stakeholders, and market access initiatives across Jordan.
  • Analyzes market trends, business dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepares and presents sales forecasts, business reports, and market insights to senior management.
  • Represents the company professionally in meetings, conferences, and with key stakeholders.
  • Ensures compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, safety standards, and quality systems.
  • Leads and mentors local teams, fostering high performance and professional development.

Skills

  • Pharmacy degree – mandatory
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a management or country-level role in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
  • Demonstrates ability to develop and execute commercial strategies
  • Strong understanding of Jordanian regulatory and market access frameworks
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) – essential
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Willingness to travel across the country as per the job requirement
