This is a strategic leadership role for a motivated professional with proven experience in pharmaceutical management and deep knowledge of the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements a national strategy to drive business growth, market share, and product adoption.
- Oversees key accounts, stakeholders, and market access initiatives across Jordan.
- Analyzes market trends, business dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepares and presents sales forecasts, business reports, and market insights to senior management.
- Represents the company professionally in meetings, conferences, and with key stakeholders.
- Ensures compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, safety standards, and quality systems.
- Leads and mentors local teams, fostering high performance and professional development.

Skills
- Pharmacy degree – mandatory
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a management or country-level role in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
- Demonstrates ability to develop and execute commercial strategies
- Strong understanding of Jordanian regulatory and market access frameworks
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) – essential
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Willingness to travel across the country as per the job requirement
