Job Purpose: As the Talent Acquisition Intern at Tarjama&, you will be responsible for finding the best suitable candidates to fill open job roles and fulfil business needs to ultimately support Tarjama& to achieve its business strategic goals and objectives Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and job boards Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements Conduct initial phone screenings Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Update and maintain candidate records in the ATS Support employer branding initiatives and job post creation Assist with onboarding documentation and recruitment reporting Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related fields.
