Responsibilities

1. Attend demos and onsite meetings to understand, evaluate, and discuss customer business needs when required.
   

   
   

2. Analyze business needs and document requirements, translating them into technical project specifications.
   

   
   

3. Provide technical estimates for the completion of project implementation phases.
   

   
   

4. Develop databases and create queries required for solutions in coordination with the functional and BI teams.
   

   
   

5. Develop and code technical project requirements, including web applications, software and SAP integrations with other systems, and add-on solutions using various technologies.
   

   
   

6. Evaluate code to ensure validity, proper structure, compliance with industry standards, and compatibility with browsers, devices, and operating systems.
   

   
   

7. Perform unit testing for each technical project phase to ensure bug-free solutions.
   

   
   

8. Support the BI team with report generation.
   

   
   

9. Identify and resolve issues uncovered through testing or customer feedback.
   

   
   

10. Contribute to the development of new solutions through design, coding, testing, and delivery to enhance SkyTech localization.
    

    
    

11. Attend meetings with project counterparts to ensure project goals are successfully achieved.
    

    
    

12. Handle client tickets and ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues or inquiries during and after project implementation to maintain customer satisfaction.
    

    
    

13. Build strong client relationships and respond directly to client inquiries.
    

    
    

14. Ensure continuous learning in new software-related technologies.
    

    
    

15. Maintain thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all organizational standards.
    

    
    

16. Perform any other job-related tasks as required by the company.
    

    
    

Academic Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (CS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), or any related IT field.
