Job description

A CEO personal Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring smooth daily operations and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.
This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, flexibility, and the ability to manage both business and personal matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities Manage and maintain the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries) Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, respond or prioritize as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and briefing materials.
Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
Support in organizing company events, board meetings, and executive sessions.
Manage personal tasks for the CEO when required (appointments, reservations, etc) Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Assist in basic project coordination and follow-ups across departments.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
1-3 years in a similar role.
