تسعى شركة أدوية عالمية رائدة إلى تعيين مدير مشارك – المالية / محاسب مالي مسؤول عن قيادة عمليات قسم المالية في الولايات المتحدة عن بُعد بينما يكون مقره في عمّان، الأردن.
يضمن الدور سلامة التقارير المالية، والضوابط الداخلية القوية، والامتثال التنظيمي، وفعالية العمليات المالية للأعمال الأمريكية للشركة.
يلعب هذا المنصب دوراً حيوياً في التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة المقيمين في الولايات المتحدة، وقاد فريقاً يضم 9 من المحترفين الماليين، ودعم أهداف الشركة الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية والامتثال بما يتماشى مع معايير الشركات المدرجة وصناعة الأدوية.
المسؤوليات: 1. الرقابة المالية والتقارير الإشراف على التقارير المالية الشاملة للنشاطات الأمريكية، وضمان الدقة والكمال والالتزام بالجداول الزمنية وفقاً للمعايير الدولية لإعداد التقارير المالية IFRS وسياسات الشركة الداخلية.
إدارة عمليات الإغلاق الشهرية والربع السنوية والسنوية للكيانات الأمريكية.
مراجعة واعتماد تسويات الميزانية العمومية، وأثبتات اليومية، والتحليلات المالية.
ضمان الامتثال ضمن الرقابة الداخلية ومعايير التدقيق.
2. القيادة وإدارة الأشخاص قيادة وتطوير وإدارة فريق من 9 محترفين ماليين يشمل وظائف المحاسبة والتقارير والرقابة.
وضع أهداف واضحة وتوقعات الأداء وخطط التطوير لأعضاء الفريق.
تعزيز ثقافة الأداء العالي مع مساءلة قوية وتعاون وتحسين مستمر.
ضمان توزيع فعال للأعباء وخطط الخلافة داخل الفريق.
3. العمليات الأمريكية والشراكة التجارية العمل كشريك مالي رئيسي لقادة الأعمال وأصحاب المصلحة الماليين المقيمين في الولايات المتحدة.
تقديم تحليل مالي بصير وتعليقات وتوصيات لدعم اتخاذ القرار.
رصد وتحليل المؤشرات المالية الرئيسية والاختلافات والاتجاهات التي تؤثر على العمليات الأمريكية.
4. الامتثال والضوابط والحوكمة ضمان حوكمة مالية قوية والالتزام بإطار الرقابة الداخلية للشركة.
الحفاظ على الامتثال للوائح صناعة الأدوية التي تؤثر على التقارير المالية.
تنفيذ وتحسين ضوابط العمليات لتخفيف المخاطر المالية والتشغيلية.
دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك أتمتة وتوحيد العمليات.
5. الأنظمة وتحسين العمليات الإشراف على الأنظمة المرتبطة بالمالية وأدوات التقارير المستخدمة للعمليات الأمريكية.
تعزيز الكفاءة في الإغلاق والتقارير والتسويات.
قيادة أو دعم مبادرات تحول المالية، وتحسين الخدمات المشتركة، وترقيات النظام.
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة (مطلوب) يفضل بشدة درجة الماجستير وCPA أو CMA أو ACCA أو المؤهل المهني المعادل. خبرة مالية ومحاسبية تمتد من 12–15 عامًا تدريجياً. خبرة مثبتة في دور محاسب مراقب/ مدير مالي كبير/ مدير مشارك. خبرة في الصناعات الدوائية أو علوم الحياة أو التصنيع مطلوبة إلى حد كبير. خبرة مثبتة في إدارة وقيادة فرق كبيرة. المهارات: معرفة متقدمة بالتقارير المالية والرقابة الداخلية والامتثال التنظيمي. مهارات القيادة القوية وإدارة الأشخاص والتفاعل مع المعنيين. قدرات تحليلية وحل مشكلات واتخاذ قرارات ممتازة. القدرة على إدارة عمليات مالية معقدة متعددة الجنسيات عن بُعد. مهارات تواصل قوية مع القدرة على التفاعل مع القادة التنفيذيين. مستوى عالٍ من النزاهة والانتباه إلى التفاصيل وروح الملكية. الكفاءة في أنظمة ERP (SAP) وExcel المتقدم
Job description
A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking an Associate Director – Finance / Financial Controller for a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing US Finance Department operations remotely while based in Amman, Jordan.
The role ensures the integrity of financial reporting, strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and effective financial operations for the company's US business.
This position plays a critical role in partnering with US-based stakeholders, leading a team of 9 finance professionals, and supporting the company's strategic, operational, and compliance objectives in line with public company and pharmaceutical industry standards.
Responsibilities: 1.
Financial Control & Reporting Oversee end-to-end financial reporting for US operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in accordance with IFRS, and internal company policies.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for US entities.
Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analyses.
Ensure compliance withinternal controls and audit standards.
2. Leadership & People Management Lead, develop, and manage a team of 9 finance professionals covering accounting, reporting, and control functions.
Set clear objectives, performance expectations, and development plans for team members.
Foster a high-performance culture with strong accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure effective workload distribution and succession planning within the team.
3. US Operations & Business Partnership Serve as a primary finance partner to US-based business leaders and finance stakeholders.
Provide insightful financial analysis, commentary, and recommendations to support decision-making.
Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, variances, and trends impacting US operations.
4. Compliance, Controls & Governance Ensure strong financial governance and adherence to the company's internal control framework.
Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations affecting financial reporting.
Implement and enhance process controls to mitigate financial and operational risks.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation and standardization.
5. Systems & Process Improvement Oversee finance-related systems and reporting tools used for US operations.
Drive efficiencies in close, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
Lead or support finance transformation initiatives, shared services optimization, and system upgrades.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) Master’s degree, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred Minimum 12–15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience Proven experience in a controller, senior finance manager, or associate director role Experience within pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or manufacturing is highly preferred Demonstrated experience managing and leading big teams Skills: Expert knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities Ability to manage complex, multinational finance operations remotely Strong communication skills with the ability to engage in senior leadership High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ownership mindset Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel
