Role: Associate Managing Consultant SAP Testing

Job Summary: 

The Associate Managing Consultant is responsible for driving end-to-end SAP testing strategy and delivery across multiple projects or programs. The role involves overseeing test planning, execution, and quality assurance while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The consultant manages stakeholder communication, leads large testing teams, and ensures adherence to best practices, tools, and testing metrics to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Key Skills: 

• 8–10 years of experience in SAP Testing across multiple SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, S4/HANA. 

  
  

• Extensive experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation programs 

  
  

• Strong expertise in SAP Activate Methodology. 

  
  

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT support testing 

  
  

• Deep knowledge of SAP application systems, integrations, and landscapes 

  
  

• Expertise in test strategy, test planning, and estimation at program level 

  
  

• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle 

  
  

• Hands-on experience with test management tools (HP ALM/Quality Center or similar) 

  
  

• Strong knowledge of testing metrics, dashboards, and reporting 

  
  

• Experience in stakeholder management and client communication 

  
  

• Leadership skills with experience managing large teams 

  
  

• Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities. 

  
  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Define and drive overall testing strategy across projects/programs 

  
  

• Manage end-to-end testing delivery, ensuring quality and timelines 

  
  

• Oversee test planning, estimation, and resource allocation 

  
  

• Monitor testing progress, metrics, and quality benchmarks 

  
  

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and leadership teams 

  
  

• Ensure proper governance, compliance, and best practices 

  
  

• Mentor and guide team members and lead performance management 

  
  

• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools 

  
  

• Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and solutioning when required
