SENIOR ORACLE HR CONSULTANT

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle HR Consultant to join our team in Kuwait. As a Senior Oracle HR Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Oracle HR solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR business processes and requirements, and design and configure Oracle HR modules to meet their needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HR functionality, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze HR business requirements, and provide expert advice on Oracle HR solutions.
  2. Design and configure Oracle HR modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, Absence Management, and Performance Management, to meet client requirements.
  3. Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality and accuracy of Oracle HR configurations.
  4. Provide end-user training and support for Oracle HR modules.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HR functionality and configurations.
  6. Stay up-to-date with Oracle HR product releases and enhancements, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle HR with other systems, such as ERP and CRM.
  8. Participate in project planning and management activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HR solutions.
  2. Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, Absence Management, and Performance Management.
  3. Experience with Oracle HR implementations in a large enterprise environment.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  7. Certifications in Oracle HR modules are highly desired.
  8. Experience with Oracle ERP and CRM integrations is a plus.
  9. Experience with Oracle Cloud HR is a plus.

Skills

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Electronics, data processing, business information systems, Information technology or a related field.


EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • At least 8 years relevant Oracle e-Business Suite R12 (HRMS, Payroll & TM) / Oracle Fusion Global HCM & Payroll (with Kuwait localization) techno/functional experience
  • Experience working in implementation projects across the Fusion Global Human Resources, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, Self Service HR offerings
  • Should have worked on Fusion HCM release 9 and above
  • Must posses hands on experience on atleast one of the Fusion HCM offerings
  • Should have completed at least one full life-cycle implementation of Fusion HCM
  • Very good understanding on delivered integration using FBL
  • Must perform Functional setups and configurations of Fusion HCM using functional setup Manager for atleast one client
  • In-depth understanding of Security process in Fusion HCM
  • Expert knowledge of Personalization, Integration (TM connect), report building using TM analytics, OTBI, BIP, BI Apps and OBIEE
  • Should have completed at least one full life-cycle implementation of TM SaaS (Expertise in Goal Management, Performance Management, and Employee Career Development etc.)
  • Ability to manage other techno-functional contractors and perform quality review of work output
  • Skills in Requirements gathering, Fit Gap Analysis, Solution Design, Presentation skills
