Responsibilities:
- Guide and support students throughout the entire application process on the "Common App" platform, including selecting suitable universities, completing application forms, and preparing necessary documents.
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions to understand each student's unique needs, preferences, and academic goals.
- Provide expert advice on crafting personal statements, essays, and other application materials to enhance the chances of acceptance.
- Monitor application deadlines and ensure timely submission of all materials.
- Stay updated on changes and updates related to the "Common App" platform and admission processes of various U.S. universities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create resources and materials to assist students with their applications.
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions and application progress to ensure continuity and quality of service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. college admissions process, particularly with the "Common App" platform.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in academic counseling or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
