Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure smooth business activities.

Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement actions to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Monitor top-selling products, identify stock gaps, and coordinate replenishment activities to maximize sales opportunities.

Manage inventory activities including receiving shipments, stock transfers, stock counts, damaged items, returns, and shrinkage control.

Ensure stock levels are maintained and orders are placed accurately to support business needs.

Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the store's appearance reflects brand guidelines at all times.

Monitor the cleanliness and maintenance of sales areas, stockrooms, cash registers, and store facilities.

Prepare staff schedules based on business requirements, sales forecasts, and operational needs.

Set daily sales targets and communicate objectives clearly to the store team.

Recruit, train, coach, and motivate employees to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.

Conduct regular performance discussions and support employee development initiatives.

Manage store expenses and ensure operations remain within approved budgets.

Prepare and review reports related to sales, inventory, operational performance, and key business indicators.

Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and local regulations, including maintaining valid store licenses and employee documentation.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities and share insights with management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

4-6 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
