Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in software development, IT project delivery, or technology leadership roles. Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering complex IT projects. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, SDLC, Agile, and Scrum practices. Experience working with PMOs, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of software architecture, application delivery, quality assurance, and deployment processes. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are considered an advantage.
