<p >The Communications Specialist will lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous refinement of YGA's strategic messaging framework. The position is responsible for ensuring that all internal and external communications consistently reflect YGA's core narrative, strategic objectives, and audience-specific messaging priorities.</p>

<p >The Communications Specialist will support the development of high-quality communications, reporting, and visual products for the Youth Grow Activity (YGA). The Communications Specialist will work closely with YGA’s technical team to develop and professionally write, edit, and format reports, success stories, case studies, press releases, videos, infographics, and other communications deliverables that highlight the project's impact, achievements, and lessons learned. S/he will draft social media content and ensure that U.S. Government (USG) Branding and Marking requirements are consistently upheld across all communications products.</p>

<p >The Communications Specialist will frequently travel to the field (at least 70% of time) to collect professional photographs and videos, conduct interviews, and document YGA interventions and success stories for use in reports, donor deliverables, and other communications materials. S/he will produce high-quality videos, create innovative digital and multimedia products, and design print and promotional materials for project activities and events.</p>

<li>Lead management of YGA's digital communications platforms. Support the planning, development, scheduling, and monitoring of social media content across project platforms.</li>
<li>Travel to the field to support the implementation of field activities and take professional photos and videos as required. All photos must follow the USG/Q2Impact photography guidelines.</li>
<li>Assemble raw footage and perform professional editing using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro to create the final deliverable.</li>
<li>Record individual video and audio interviews required for developing success stories.</li>
<li>Maintain a library of all pictures and videos, organized by date and location.</li>
<li>Create custom innovative digital and multimedia products using a variety of tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).</li>
<li>Assist in the development of project campaign themes and various media material for publication and distribution through various channels.</li>
<li>Provide English/Arabic translation and vice versa when needed, i.e. English subtitles for in-house produced project videos.</li>

<p><strong><u>Minimum Education, Experience, Skills and Qualifications:</u></strong></p>

<li>A bachelor’s degree in communications, media, journalism, languages, or any other related field is required.</li>
<li>Portfolio of professional work that demonstrates consistent, high-quality social media content creation, graphic design, data visualization, photography, videography and audio recording abilities is preferable.</li>
<li>Minimum Seven (7) years of professional experience in communications, media, public relations, journalism, or related fields. At least three (4) years of experience supporting communications activities for international development and/or humanitarian programs implemented by INGOs, preferably under U.S. Government-funded projects.</li>
<li>Excellent English and Arabic writing and communications skills are required.</li>
<li>Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.</li>

<p> <b>ROLE PURPOSE:</b> </p>
<p>Promotion of Aspen products to health care professionals in assigned territory including building relations with HCPs, delivering the Key brands marketing messages and achieve sales targets.</p>
<p> <b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b> </p>

<li>Represent Aspen through achieving daily targeted Face to Face calls to physicians and pharmacists.</li>
<li>Regularly Conducting AVAs & promotional activities.</li>
<li>Achieve assigned Sales Targets in the designated territory.</li>
<li>Build sustainable positive relationships with target HCPs and Key stakeholders in assigned territory.</li>
<li>Maintain updated customer database.</li>
<li>Timely Submission of Daily Calls Report & Weekly Sales Trackers.</li>
<li>Keeping up to date with the latest clinical data in the related therapy area, presenting and discussing this data with healthcare professionals.</li>
<li>To provide accurate and complete market feedback on: competition, new product concepts, and customer requirements as well as marketing opportunities</li>
<li>Planning and execution of medical educational events.</li>
<li>Conduct ongoing market analysis.</li>

<p> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p>
<p> Perform routine microbiological testing in accordance with approved specifications, analytical methods, and standard operating procedures.</p>
<p> Conduct microbial limit testing, bioburden testing, water sampling and testing, and environmental monitoring activities in classified areas.</p>
<p> Prepare culture media, reagents, and microbiological solutions following approved procedures and good laboratory practices.</p>
<p> Assist in method validation, method verification, growth promotion testing, and laboratory investigations related to microbiological analysis.</p>
<p> Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant documentation records in laboratory notebooks, worksheets, logbooks, and electronic systems.</p>
<p> Ensure all laboratory activities comply with cGMP requirements, data integrity principles, and company quality standards.</p>
<p> Operate, clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments according to approved procedures.</p>
<p> Report laboratory deviations, out-of-specification results, and abnormal findings promptly to the supervisor.</p>
<p> Participate in internal continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Control department.</p>
<p> Collaborate effectively with all cross-functional teams and departments.</p>

<p> Familiarity with cGMP regulations and documentation practices is an advantage.</p>
<p> Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.</p>
<p> Good command of Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.</p>
