<br>RESPONSIBILITIES<br>Program Implementation (60%)<br>• Youth and workforce development grants<br>• Coordinate with Program instructors and trainers on required reporting, attendance, materials, and milestone documents<br>• Perform administrative tasks such as certificate printing, service and material procurements and data collection for programs she/he is in charge of<br>• Lead on preparing statistical and narrative reports about all program or training activities and results or programs she/he is in charge of, for the review of the SM (And regional staff as appropriate)<br>• Assist in developed materials with the SM and/or relevant staff, and archives them into the SharePoint and updates the library of materials/courses that are developed at Amideast<br>QA, MEAL, and Reporting (20%)<br>• Analyze the post-training assessments and surveys and provide summaries to the English Language & Institutional Development Programs Manage for reporting<br>• Participate in documenting progress of programs, classes, and student learning outcomes for the purposes of end-of-year organization reporting and for donor reporting<br>• Propose new improvements to the delivery of classes, communication channels and developing new customer bases tailored for youth and workforce development programs<br>• Contribute to the programs progress reporting, monitoring, and final reports in compliance with donors requirements<br>Developing Amideast s Offerings and Business (30%)<br>• Follow up on calls and inquiries and respond to customer requests or deliver requests to the relevant department or position for the fee-for-service young learners' summer and winter camp programs<br>• Ensure direct outreach emails to school administrators, teachers and parents are shared and respond to enquiries and collect interest forms<br>• Update the database of school staff and parents for future communications and marketing efforts for the T&P department<br>• Achieve 20 enrollments or more for each young learner program<br>• Propose and lead on data collection to allow Amideast to launch new thematic young learner programs integrating past and existing capabilities including, but not limited to: STEM, journalism and media, entrepreneurship and innovation<br>• Launch and monitor the performance of teachers for young leaners programs in the summer and winter vacations, collect data and administer surveys and follow-up engagement activities with enrolled students<br>• Take insights and lessons learned from program implementation, challenges, and successful customer attraction channels<br>• Produce a recommendation report to management to enhance:<br>• Addressing the changing needs of youth programs deduced from implementation successes and challenges<br>• Media, communication, and outreach channels<br>• New partnerships explored for young learner programs<br>• Use insights to summarize recommendations for improvements<br>• Support business development efforts The incumbent plays a key role in procuring high-quality, cost-effective goods and services while ensuring value for money, timely delivery, and adherence to approved budgets. The position is also responsible for coordinating facility maintenance activities and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the office premises are safe, functional, and well maintained. In addition, the incumbent oversees outsourced service providers, including cleaning, security, maintenance, and catering, monitors service quality and staff performance, and supports the efficient operation of the office. <p><b><br></b></p><p><b>POSITION DESCRIPTION </b>The Proposal Writing & Business Development Manager leads Amideast Jordan s efforts to expand its donor and client portfolio by identifying funding opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and advancing new business in alignment with the organization s strategic priorities. The role works closely with the Country Director, headquarters, technical teams in the Jordan office as well as regionally, and external partners to strengthen Amideast s market positioning and pursue new opportunities. The incumbent manages the business development process from opportunity identification through proposal submission by researching donor priorities and client needs, pursuing and meeting with new potential clients, assessing Amideast s service portfolio, and working with technical and operational teams to design responsive, feasible solutions.
