The Senior MEL Officer will ensure rigorous data collection, analysis, and reporting across all programme components. Based in Amman and reporting to the Project Manageru2014while working closely with Sirenu2019s HQ MEL Lead, the officer will oversee perception surveys, support the external final evaluation, and drive learning processes that inform adaptive management and donor reporting.
